The Head of Transgene Discovery will be responsible for developing and leading a team in the design, generation and optimisation of therapeutic proteins, including antibody fragments, tool reagents, and recombinant proteins. There will be particular emphasis on the development of these proteins to be expressed within recombinant lentivirus and adeno-associated virus to support pre-clinical projects.
The Cell and Gene Therapy Research Projects Leader will play a key role in providing clear leadership of projects from concept to pre-clinical development, in the identification of innovative high quality solutions.

As Medical Director, Oncology you will join the Europe, Asia Pacific and Africa Medical Affairs Team consisting of 25 Medical Directors, of which approximately a third are dedicated to Oncology / Hematology. The Medical Director will require outstanding communication skills, leadership and a “hands-on” approach, working closely with the other experts within the Medical Affairs team to provide Oncology and Hematology expertise
As Executive Vice President, Clinical Development and General Manager you will be responsible for the overall strategy and direction of clinical trials, processes and procedures within your assigned Business Unit. You will work closely with executive management, business development, customers and project teams to provide the direction, strategy and leadership to ensure Business Unit growth and increased profitability.
As Senior Vice President, Clinical Development you will work closely with senior management, customers, business development and project teams to coordinate clinical programs and other services within the assigned Business Unit. Your insight and experience will provide the strategy and direction of the Business Unit, driving growth and profitability.
The role sits within the Health Outcomes functional area in the company’s leading and most important therapeutic area. You will have extensive experience of Health Outcomes and Health Economics, ideally with Global experience, Direct Payer experience and previous expertise as a Therapeutic Head of Health Outcomes Strategy Group.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President Clinical Operations, you will be responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of the global regulatory submissions, site payments and contracts functions.
