Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer you will work closely with the CEO with responsibility for the day to day operations leading the Company’s Operational Development and Growth.
The Chief Operating Officer will provide cross-functional, strategic leadership for the operation of key business functions, including but not limited to:

Head of Quality and Regulatory Affairs

As Head of Quality and Regulatory Affairs you will be responsible for providing vision, leadership and direction to teams in both Europe and USA. Reporting to the Executive Leadership, you will be a key member of the management team, working closely with other business leaders to ensure that the company maintains the highest possible standards from a Quality and Regulatory Affairs perspective.

Franchise Director, Asia Pacific

You will be responsible for leading a customer focused franchise, consisting of medical and operational staff with significant subject matter expertise. You will present and sell the organisation’s medical and scientific capabilities to clients, working in conjunction with the business development team and operations to develop new customers and build existing established relationships.

Franchise Director, Europe

You will be responsible for leading a customer focused franchise, consisting of medical and operational staff with significant subject matter expertise. You will present and sell the organisation’s medical and scientific capabilities to clients, working in conjunction with the business development team and operations to develop new customers and build existing established relationships.

Director Neurodegeneration

The Director Neurodegeneration will be responsible for leading a team of expert scientists for the continued understanding and development of molecular mechanisms of Neurodegeneration, ideally with expertise within Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease.

Director Business Development and Client Partnerships

You will be responsible for the identification, procurement and management of new business opportunities managing both new and existing clients, with responsibility for the full sales cycle. You will be responsible for working closely with both the commercial and operational teams to provide outstanding service to clients within the Pharma, Biotech and CRO sectors.

Managing Consultant, UK/EU

Reporting to the Practice Leader you will play a crucial role in the continued strategic development and direction of the business, delivering quality solutions and enhancing your and the company’s Subject Matter Expertise.
